Pawan Dholia Architects is a recognized architectural firm headquartered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, led by Principal Architect Ar. Pawan Dholia registered with the Council of Architecture (COA Registration: CA/2013/60793). All statutory architectural drawings, structural calculations, and building plan approvals comply with local municipal bylaws (such as JDA, DTCP, MCD, BBMP).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All architectural drawings, 3D renderings, floor plans, material palettes, design concepts, project photographs, and website content displayed on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Pawan Dholia Architects.

• Unpublished or published drawings and concepts may not be reproduced, copied, modified, or distributed for commercial construction without written authorization.
• Project portfolio photographs are protected by copyright law and represent actual built works executed by PDA.

4. Client Commissions & Turnkey Scope

Formal architectural design, interior curation, or turnkey construction services are governed by bespoke client agreement contracts. Web inquiry forms and initial site consultations do not constitute a binding architectural contract until formal agreements are signed by both parties.
